Jasper Kenter 

Jasper is Reader in Deliberative Ecological Economics at the University of York, Director of Ecologos Consultancy, and Principal Investigator for the Global Assessment for New Economics (GANE). Jasper’s broader work is focused on integrating nature’s economic, social, and cultural values in decision making, by looking through the lenses of economics, ecology, ethics, psychology, politics, and spiritual practice. Jasper’s work has been awarded with prizes from the European Society for Ecological Economics and the Society for Conservation Biology. He has led or co-led research projects totaling over $8m. He has previously worked as a grassroots environmental campaigner and a spiritual counselor. He is an ordained Interfaith Minister.
