WHAT WE DO
Bounce Beyond works with initiatives to accelerate pathways to regenerative, life-centered, wellbeing economies through catalytic actions. We enable them to catalyze powerful transformation systems to collaboratively accelerate transformation of a geography, such as a political- or bio-region, an issue such as climate change or racial injustice, and/or sector such as fisheries or health care. We work with six activities to realize life-centered futures.
Connecting
- Seeing: We co-develop partners’ understanding of the dynamics, structures, participants, and relationships in their transformation system. This understanding is the basis for powerful collaborative action.
- Sensemaking: We help initiatives develop broadly shared understandings, visions, narratives, documents, and images of the (current and changing) transformation system and/or issues that need to be dealt with in that system, as well as shared aspirations and goals.
Cohering
- Designing Adaptive Pathways: We bring together transformation system participants to jointly identify actions to strengthen their collective impact and address deep systems challenges that typically impede transformation.
- Enacting Adaptive Pathways: We co-create processes to aid activation of the pathways.
Amplifying
- Co-creating transformation capacities: We support emergence of needed capabilities to co-create transformative leadership, metrics, communications, change and action strategies, structures, and resourcing.
- Developing transformation infrastructure: We support emergence of transformation systems’ infrastructure, including the capacity to connect, cohere, and amplify, and developing as transformation catalysts for their own transformation system.
Flourishing
The end goal of Bounce Beyond's strategy is a world where all systems have opened a gateway to a life which is flourishing for all.
How is Bounce Beyond supported?
Sometimes Bounce Beyond identifies implementation funding, sometimes partners have funding, and sometimes Bounce Beyond and partners collaboratively develop funding. To do the work, Bounce Beyond draws from a wide network of skilled transformation practitioners.
