Steve Waddell 

For over 35 years, Steve has worked with transformations as a consultant, community organizer, educator, researcher, and collaborative leader. His work with organizations, networks and systems ranges from local to global. He is founder and co-lead of The SDG Transformations Forum, a growing system of people, organizations, and locales, which are developing transformations systems as key infrastructure to accelerate deep change. He is also a co-founder of Catalyst2030, a global network of social entrepreneurs. Global ActionNetworks, societal learning and audacious change are key concepts that have been featured in many articlesand books. Steve has a Ph.D. in sociology and an MBA. He is a Canadian-American living in Boston with his husband.

Steve's Bounce Beyond Role

My focus with Bounce Beyond is to both hold together the whole and to ensure we are moving ahead.  To do this requires attending to the many relationships both internally and externally to create productive exchanges.  I think of my success being measured by advancement of the Bounce Beyond Community, development of next economies and a working space where people are happily living into their highest potential and collective aspirations.
